So here I will report legit creepy bugs.

The God mode cheat is severely glitched, and will turn off after any event takes place. (Leave the town, after a Draw, the start of a mission or hogtying someone. Some players will have the cheat turned off just by getting shot.)
This is quite creepy the first time.
Once again from RDR, The Undead Nightmare DLC has a game-breaking bug that crashed when you save and makes the Graveyards uncompleteable. You can tell because most NPCs have no head and no fore-arms. But some have fore-arms. Mostly the female zombies.
Ride to Hell: OH PLEASE NO! THE ENTIRE FUCKING GAME IS A GLITCH!
Action 52: ALL OF IT.
Cheetahmen 2: ALL OF IT.
Silent Hill 3: In the HD Collection (360 version) if you have the achievement but get to a point that will award it, the game crashes. Let's say you got 100% and you wanna replay. TMP? CRASH. Silencer? CRASH. Finishing the prologue? CRASH. SCARIER THAN THE GAME ITSELF.
Pokemon Gen 1 Japan: Where Is The Door will almost ALWAYS break your game if you don't know what you're doing, but is a good speedrun trick. Be careful how much you step!
Big Rigs: OH NO! ANYTHING BUT THAT! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
